You may call giftdecorshop.com customer care on +91-9212-388-588, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or return request through one click from your login penal. We will arrange for the merchandise to be collected from the delivery address through courier, and returned to us. We shall process the return subject to receipt of the merchandise at our location in unused condition in its original packaging along with original tags and invoice, failing which return/ exchange / refund may not be possible.
Please return your purchase in its original packaging with all the parts and freebies with your original receipt for a refund. Please make sure that the product(s) are properly packed when you are returning it.
Please note that if an Incorrect Product(s) is handed by you to our Courier Service Partner, GiftDecorShop shall not be responsible for any loss/damage/theft caused to such Incorrect product while in transit or otherwise.
If any or all the products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or offer are returned then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund.
Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please ensure, that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you feel the product to be damaged in transit please do notify us about the same within 24 hours of you accepting the delivery. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
