For deliveries to business addresses, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery or he/she can not come personally, we will deliver the gifts to the security or another office staff. • 16. In case of branded items, manufactured by other companies, there is a possibility that the item might be unavailable or discontinued by the manufacturer.
